The Art of Embodied Wellbeing
A structured twelve-week method that integrates mindful movement, mobility and strength, breathwork, guided meditation and reflective practice into one coherent system — designed to be sustained, not performed.
Private one-to-one and collective pathways. Suitable for beginners and for women with extensive wellness experience alike.
PRESENCIA™ is for women who are accomplished in the world and now wish to feel the same coherence inside the body. It is not a course about doing more. It is a structure for inhabiting your life with greater ease, awareness and steadiness.
You may be starting at the very beginning of your wellness journey, or you may have practiced movement and meditation for years. The method meets you at your current level and develops from there. Each element is introduced progressively and adapted to your body, your schedule and your experience.
It may be a fit if you are…
Seeking a sustainable rhythm rather than a reset to recover from. Wanting strength, mobility and calm in equal measure. Drawn to depth over intensity.
It may not be a fit if you are…
Looking for a rapid transformation or a fixed template. Wanting someone to prescribe without your participation. Seeking treatment for a medical condition.
The method does not treat movement, rest and reflection as separate pursuits. It weaves them together so that what you build on the mat becomes what you live in the world.
Move
Mobility · Strength
Intelligent movement that builds mobility, functional strength and a body that carries you well.
Restore
Recovery · Rest
Restorative movement and deliberate rest that allow the nervous system to settle and recover.
Regulate
Breath · Nervous System
Breathwork and somatic practices that support a steadier baseline through the day.
Reflect
Awareness · Journaling
Guided meditation, body scans and journaling to notice patterns and choose with clarity.
Integrate
Lifestyle · Sustainability
Turning practice into a way of living — habits, rhythms and standards that hold over time.
Each phase has its own focus. Together they form a progression from awareness to integration.
Weeks 1–4
Awareness & Connection
We begin by listening. You learn to read your own body and breath, establish a sustainable rhythm, and build a foundation of mobility, ease and awareness. Nothing is forced; everything is noticed.
Weeks 5–8
Strength & Growth
With a foundation in place, we develop. Functional strength, sculpt and mobility work deepen, breathwork becomes more refined, and reflective practice begins to shape how you respond to pressure and pace.
Weeks 9–12
Integration & Intentional Living
The final phase is about making it yours. We consolidate your practice into a rhythm you can keep, integrate what you have learned into daily life, and clarify the standards you wish to sustain going forward.
Depending on your pathway and your starting point, the method draws on the following. Every element is introduced progressively and adapted to you — nothing is prescribed in a fixed sequence.
No previous experience with yoga, meditation or wellness practices is required. This method supports general wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical care.

Evelyn Alanis is a wellness practitioner and the creator of the PRESENCIA™ method. Her work brings together mindful movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation and contemplative practice into a single, coherent framework designed for modern life.
She created PRESENCIA™ after years of working with women who had mastered the outward dimensions of their lives and were looking for the same stability within. The method reflects her conviction that lasting wellbeing is built gradually, with attention and consistency rather than intensity.
